Photovoice is a community-based participatory research approach to amplify the voices of individuals who may otherwise be unheard, build community connectivity, and share reflections through photography and stories.
Health Share of Oregon is conducting a Photovoice Project that will enable Health Share to use participatory photography as a means of authentically engaging our community to broaden the awareness of their lived experiences, health challenges, and community strengths. This project will support Health Share’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHP) and include up to ten participants in each county; Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County.
